All awards are presented at the TFGC Championship gala evening. Nominations open to all members each October.
Most Family Friendly Club of the Year
Voted by TFGC members based on annual club reviews across the five rating criteria. The winner earns the right to host the following year’s Championship weekend.
Eligible: All TFGC partner clubs with 5+ member reviews
Best Junior Golf Initiative
Recognising the programme or federation initiative that has done the most to grow junior and family participation in golf during the year across the TFGC network.
Eligible: Clubs, federations and academies in TFGC countries
Family Golf Club of the Year
Awarded to the member family who most embodies the spirit of The Family Golf Club — participation, community, and playing together consistently through the year.
Eligible: All active TFGC member families
Golf Grows Girls Impact Award
Recognising the club, federation or sponsor who has done most to support girls’ participation in golf under the Golf Grows Girls programme during the year.
Eligible: GGG sponsors, partner clubs, federation partners
Business Supporting Family Golf
Awarded to the brand or business that has best supported family golf through partnership, product or philanthropy during the year. Sponsor-funded category.
Eligible: TFGC commercial and sponsor partners

The Awards Evening
The Family Golf Awards are presented on the Saturday evening of the annual TFGC Championship weekend. The evening brings together qualifying families, partner clubs, sponsors and the Golf Grows Girls community for a formal dinner and awards ceremony. The host club for the Championship also hosts the gala evening.
