Partner Data Sharing — event host clubs
Where FGC shares data with a Partner Club for event operation, the club acts only as a processor: it uses the shared family name and entry information solely on Famico’s instructions, only to run the specific event, and for no other purpose — no use in the club’s own membership, marketing, or insurance records. This is governed by a standard club-partner Data Processing Agreement signed with every partner club.
As new roles launch
As Coach access, Partner Federation relationships, and Sponsor partnerships launch, this page will be updated with the data-sharing basis for each before that feature goes live — see our Platform Terms for the roles those relationships will use.
